We fell in love with this beautiful house and scenic setting. Our top recommendation for a visit would have to be Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, a beautiful hillside village. For us it even topped Racamadour! Hopefully we can come back one day and jumo in the pool again.

Superb property with great facilities in a queit hamlet in the countryside a few kilometres from Puy L'Eveque and Prayssac. Really friendly owners who gave great advice on markets, restuarants, river-swimming spots and canoeing options...as well as home grown cucumbers ! - July 2023
We had a wonderful stay at La Maison Tolzac. The terrace with swimming pool is superb for enjoying the view over nature and getting enthusiastic about the sunset while drinking a glass of wine offered by our charming hosts. The gîte is also very beautiful and each room has a beautiful bathroom, which is particularly appreciable. However, I would especially like to thank Kim and her husband for their warm welcome and dedication. Top service :-)
It's impossible not to smile in the Gers. At the heart of Gascony, this land is green and gentle, with hills, rivers, armagnac, ducks, arcaded village squares and solid people ambling a couple of hours behind mainstream France. Given the feudal feel, a château fits the frame. Few are more sumptuous than the Château Mézard, near Condom, which sleeps 13. Surrounded by 42 acres, it's the sort of place ordinary mortals pay to look round, not stay in.
We adore this house - it is our third visit this year! The atmosphere here is so conducive to being happy and relaxed. Les Baquiés are the most agreeable hosts in the world.
We have just returned from the most wonderful holiday in an equally wonderful house La Barde. The owner greeted us warmly and had also baked us a cake which was unexpected but so appreciated. The house is absolutely beautiful and large, spacious, tastefully furnished rooms allowed everyone to gather or find a quiet area. The house is exceptionally well equipped and mirrors and sockets perfectly placed for hairdrying, a very important feature! Fabulous good sized pool with enough loungers for all. We were 8 strong, 2 sets of parents with our 4 grown up children (18-25). We all agreed that this was the best house that we have rented ( and we have been renting lovely houses for many years). The owner was simply delightful and we would see her from time to time cleaning the pool early morning. Ideally situated for nearby towns of Aubeterre and Bourdeilles and some lovely walks directly from the property too. We would not hesitate from returning to La Barde in the future and think it would be ideal for all age groups.
Narbonne is a classic, small French city. The villa is a perfect match and then some - more spacious than the pictures suggest and terrific spaces both outdoor and in. Well be back for more visits and more wine!
What a wonderful place to celebrate two birthday and a 25th anniversary. Weather has been glorious. Thank you for all the fresh flowers in the room. We've booked Maison Baleyssagues 2 years ago (its very popular!) and it has been worth to wait.

Thank you for a truly fabulous week at Mas de Clouze. The accommodation, pool and grounds were just perfect and the owners so friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to return home and will be back next year.

We came here for my 60th birthday and danced (in the hall!) till the small hours, played games in the pool, badminton at night, ate, drank and enjoyed the amazing homely atmosphere of this elegant place. Just a quick note to say WOW - we are blown away by your house! It is amazing, we have travelled to France every year for about 10 years but already we know that this will be the best yet! Nothing has disappointed, just thrilled- we are keen cooks (eaters really) and your kitchen is perfect. Off to have a quick wander around the village before returning to cook our traditional first night supper of scallops and fresh prawns. We spent three weeks and greatly enjoyed our time at Maison Charvin. The villa itself is spacious and very well presented. Loads of storage particularly in the kitchen, which has a big fridge freezer and ample cupboard space. The kitchen and house in general, is exceptionally well equipped – in fact better than any that we have stayed in during our 10+ years holidaying in France. All of the bedrooms are large, light and airy and all are ensuite. We were travelling with teenagers and they really appreciated the extra space in the bedrooms to give them a bit of extra privacy / space on their own. There is no WC on the ground floor in the house – however, there is one poolside so this is of little concern. The garden is private and lovely to sit in, with the planting making it an interesting and relaxing space. The pool is not huge, but is good for hanging out and cooling down, particularly in the evenings as it is well lit. There is room for a small car outside the villa, but as ours is a big estate we left it at the bottom of the road about 100m away, convenient and safe. The villa is centrally located in a nice and friendly village. There is a really useful general store within walking distance, but the bakery closed down shortly before we arrived and the bar apparently opens infrequently and is up for sale – presumably these are temporary issues though. There were a number of social events going on in the village, with a market taking place each Tuesday evening where we enjoyed having a wander before sitting with a glass of wine. Carcassonne is close by and there are plenty of places in the area to visit. Our experience was very positive and we certainly feel the villa was excellent value for money. Finally, a word on our host - Sharon is based in a neighbouring village over the summer and was super friendly and helpful, making recommendations for trips out and booking restaurants for us. This was much appreciated and allowed us to make the most of our stay. Overall, we would heartily recommend!
Spacious and very pleasant house, in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants . Welcoming and responsive host. Pool clean and so refreshing in hot weather. The village is very pretty and lively in the summer. We'll be back.
Great vacation spent in Le Mas de Combet! Quiet house in the countryside with a superb pool. We were able to enjoy all the amenities on site. Thank you to our host for their excellent welcome and availability throughout the stay. We really recommend this property for a week with friends.

We have all had an absolutely beautiful week here at Le Chanlie. A truly special house in a magical setting. We will be back ! The pool area was such fun for us all and the bedrooms so relaxing.

We had a very good week at Le Manoir de la Compagnie. The property is very quiet, in a beautiful site (large garden, beautiful trees...). It is very well equipped: top bedding, sheets/towels/tea towels provided as well as shower gel and shampoo, large and well equipped kitchen, everything is well calibrated for a group of 12 adults. The rooms are large and well decorated. The owners are charming, available without being intrusive and have a family history that is interesting to discover. In short, I completely recommend this rental

An amazing holiday at an amazing property. We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children and holidayed at Domaine de Nérige at the beginning of May. What a treat!!! Sandie and David were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make it a dream holiday. The house was vast so we could all have our own space and the pool was a real hit once we bought wetsuits for the kids. The terrace area was great with the BBQ and it was lovely to be able to eat outside. The house had everything we could have wished for. There was even a supply of wine and beer on hand in case we didn’t want to travel to the supermarkets. Sandie arranged treatments for us with two brilliant therapists and it was so relaxing. Sandie also cooked a meal on one of the nights and it was fabulous. We even got the recipes for the food we had chosen. Great area with lots to do. We all agreed we could never hope to better it. Thank you Sandie and David.
We had a really nice holiday at Château Entre-Deux-Mers... it's an amazing place and everything was just fine.
