Laserre Farmhouse is a superb, traditional farmhouse which sits in 2 acres of private gardens and grounds with wonderful, panoramic views over the surrounding sunflower fields and countryside.

The house has been fully renovated throughout and offers superb accommodation over three floors. Original features throughout; beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls.

Two lovely living rooms, 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Huge, family kitchen is the focal point of the house with high ceiling, separate living area and big, French windows opening to terraces, garden and pool area.

2 acres of private grounds include lawns, croquet lawn, rough grass and excellent play areas.

Private, heated pool 10m x 4m with wonderful poolside living and dining area.

Games room with table tennis and pool table. Badminton, croquet and trampoline.

Impressive, long, private drive and plenty of parking for several cars.

Local restaurant / bar (2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk) will prepare dinner upon demand and makes for an unforgettable evening out.

The village of La Romieu is 4 km away with 2 restaurants and bakery and newsagent and grocery store.

All amenities in Condom with restaurants, café bars, supermarkets, traditional markets and shops.

Location

The property is located in the countryside hamlet of Laserre, 8 km from Condom, midway between Toulouse and Bordeaux.

Local restaurant / bar (2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk) will prepare dinner upon demand and makes for an unforgettable evening out.

The village of La Romieu is 4 km away with 2 restaurants and bakery and newsagent and grocery store.

All amenities in Condom with restaurants, café bars, supermarkets, traditional markets and shops.

The spring and summer are full of fairs and fêtes. Jazz at Marciac in August, the bull fighting at Vic-Fezensac in May and the Country Festival in July at Mirande.

Beautiful bastide villages, Montréal, Larresingle and Fourcès are well worth exploring.

The cathedral at Auch with its world famous stained glass windows and its carved choir stalls, together with Abbeye de Flaran and the Roman villa of Séviac are not to be missed.

Look out for the night markets at Vic-Fezensac, with their stalls and cafés.

The Gascons are warm-hearted people and the owners enjoy good neighbours who are always ready to help their guests. The regional food and wine is excellent with foie gras and confit de canard being the specialities.

This is a beautiful area; surrounded by hills, amid cornfields and vines, at an average height of 82 metres, the region enjoys a micro-climate with lush, luxuriant plants in summer, which even in winter keep most of their foliage thanks to a mild average temperature (about 13°C) which is hardly different from that of Biarritz and Marseille in the deep South.

Lectoure (10 km) also has a good selection of shops and restaurants. Golf at Fleurance, 20 minutes drive.

Further restaurants and interesting villages to discover in the immediate locale.

Toulouse airport approx 90 minutes. Pau and Bordeaux airports 90 minutes.
