The property comprises a fully renovated outbuilding on a beautiful 17th century estate. Charming owners live in the main house which is fully private and independent. The rental property has its own private drive and gardens and is not overlooked at all.

Renovated to a very high standard in contemporary style, accommodation over two floors with ground floor farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area leading out to the dining terrace and garden, utility room, living room and separate WC.

Upstairs with lovely bespoke twin bunk beds with ensuite bathroom. Three further double ensuite bedrooms and mezzanine with TV.

Large Provençal garden with grass and mature trees opening out to endless countryside - ideal for walking or cycling. You won't see anyone except for perhaps a passing tractor !

What To See in Grignan;

Château de Grignan: The highlight of Grignan, this Renaissance castle dominates the village skyline. Originally built in the 12th century, it was transformed into a grand residence in the 16th century. The castle is famous for being the home of the Marquise de Sévigné, a notable French writer. Visitors can explore the richly decorated rooms, the art collections and the beautiful gardens. The panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from the castle are breathtaking.

New to the market in September 2024. Pure France visited end of August 2024. This is a remarkably charming, fully renovated country home on a fabulous 17th century Provençal estate set in very secluded countryside. The surrounding area is dotted with many upmarket wine domaines.
Renovated to a very high standard in contemporary style with 4 ensuite bedrooms. Large, private garden and lovely 10 x 4m heated pool with table tennis and boules court. Local town of Grignan is a real draw with its imposing hilltop church and all amenities and cultural events.
Highly recommended for its high quality and secluded countryside setting.
