Card payments (for holiday reservations or other services) are processed using third party PCI-compliant service providers, on their secure platforms and include the card type, amount, card expiry date, billing and other related information. We do not have sight of the complete card number or CVV code at any time.
IBAN, SWIFT and other banking information is necessary when we are required to make payments to you. This information is processed via industry compliant secure commercial banking facilities.
When KYC (Know Your Client) financial verification is undertaken; the associated information is processed by authorised financial services institutions. This information is necessary for the performance of our payment service with property owners.

We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
