Paris Chocolate Show
The world's largest chocolate and cocoa fair takes place from October 28th to Tuesday November 1st, 2022. Visitors will find chocolatiers, patissiers, confectioners, cocoa producing countries and other artisans from all over the world.
International competitions
Each year, the Salon du Chocolat hosts prestigious culinary competitions, where participants can demonstrate their technical and artistic prowess. And this year will take place The World Chocolate Masters for the 8th edition, the Mondial des Arts Sucrés, the National Trophy for French Pastry, the Défi des Glaciers, for the first time the Competition for organic and fair-trade peasant cocoas.
B2B village
You will find the B2B village, a space reserved for professionals with business and networking events.
Chocolate exhibitions
Molded, sculpted, drawn, photographed, or staged, you will discover chocolate in all its facets at the show.
This year you will find the Bugatti Grand Prix 35 B 1927 sculpture by Jean-Luc Decluzeau. True to the legendary racing model of the 1920s, it will measure 280cm long and 110cm wide, after 200 hours of work with 250kg of chocolate. Don't miss this show! Last year Maëlig Georgelin and his teams had presented a panther. You will find this year, the mermaid at the Bretons Au Petit Prince. A sculpture 150cm long by 1m high, which will be re-sculpted every day on their stand.
All-chocolate parades
From October 28 to November 1, you can admire two shows every day at 4 pm. and 5 pm. Be there to admire collections that are as gourmet as they are fascinating. Discover the parades of beautiful chocolate dresses.
