La Chèvre d'Or is a gourmet restaurant, located on the heights of the charming village of Eze, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. A starred restaurant (two stars) in the Michelin guide.
Julien Dugourd is passionate. He wanted to do this job from a very young age. With a CAP in cooking at a hotel school in his pocket, Julien began the competitions and won that of best apprentice in Alsace. He continues his apprenticeship and specializes in pastry. Julien then worked with Marc Veyrat (elected best chef in the world), Jean-Georges Klein, Alain Ducasse, Anne Sophie Pic and Philippe Rogollot or even later Christophe Michalak. In 2010, Julien Dugourd became the pastry chef of the Chèvre d'Or.
Julien is athletic and takes care of his diet and loves fruit. In addition, he likes to work with seasonal fruits and in particular the famous Chin lemon. Also his creations are very much around the fruit.
Committed, he believes that education should not be a privilege to quote his words and also transmits his knowledge in a CFA.
