Cyril Codina is an independent Aude winemaker who started making artisanal vinegars 15 years ago. Its vines are located in the commune of Ferrals-les-Corbières, in the middle of the Corbières-Boutenac terroir, the top-of-the-range vintage of the Corbière appellation.
