Restaurant la Chèvre d'Or is a sublime starred gourmet restaurant in Eze.
Eze is a small charming village located a few kilometers away, on the heights of Nice. It is one of the pearls of the Côte d'Azur.
A medieval village which has kept all its authenticity. Nietzsche stayed there and would have written in the shelter of pines and olive trees part of his masterful work Thus Spoke Zarathustra.
But why the Chèvre d'Or?
Legend has it that in the 1930s, the famous Croatian violinist Zlatko Balokovic was led by a goat with golden hair to a mansion he fell in love with and lovingly restored. It became the Château de la Chèvre d'Or.

The head Chef is Arnaud Faye since 2016, Julien Dugourd is the Pastry Chef and Philippe Magne the Head Sommelier.
Arnaud Fayec celebrates the authenticity of an exceptional terroir that stretches from the rocky foothills of Mercantour to the intense blues of the Mediterranean.
His menu is inspired by these contrasts and magnifies products from the Riviera and the hinterland.
The restaurant is open every day from April 6 for dinner until October 28, 2023. Possibility of lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm or dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
