Located near Carcassonne, more precisely in Trèbes, this artisanal chocolate factory is one of the oldest in Aude, the creations respect the authenticity of the raw materials. Every year, artisan chocolatiers design new creations, adapted to the evolving tastes and desires of chocolate lovers.

The Confiserie Nougalet chocolate factory immerses you in the world of chocolate where you can discover the secrets of making the gourmet treasures that have been around since 1951.

Their artisanal specialties

The praline It's a perfect combination of chocolate with almonds, roasted hazelnuts and caramel cooked in copper cauldrons. The praline is made with as many hazelnut almonds as caramel. This is their know-how since 1951 using old-fashioned methods.

Nougalet is above all the guarantee of superior quality, the pralines are made to perfection.
