Visit of the Pompidou Center in Paris, the permanent collection.
The Center Pompidou, also called Beaubourg, is the national center for art and culture initiated by President Georges Pompidou, a fan of modern art.
It was inaugurated in 1977.
The modern and contemporary collection spans two floors of the museum.
It is one of the largest in Europe. The presentation is chronological and begins on the fifth floor in 1905 for the modern collection and continues on the 4th floor for the contemporary collection around 1950.
