The house is set in open countryside, surrounded by its own vineyards, just outside the hilltop village of Servian (15 minute walk from the village center via a dedicated walking/cycling path).

Servian (3,700 inhabitants) is located in the vineyards of Languedoc, halfway between Béziers and Pézenas, 17 km from the coast and its seaside resorts.

Tennis court and equestrian center in the village. Superb aquatic complex with swimming pool.

Historical sites to visit: Roman bridge, priory of Amilhac, 12th century church, original ramparts of the village.

Pézenas (13 km) with its superb markets, craft shops, 4 supermarkets, large selection of restaurants and café terraces. Summer festivals and concerts.
