Vallon des Auffes, a must-see near Marseille
The Vallon des Auffes is a small traditional picturesque fishing port on the Corniche Kennedy, in the Endoume district, in the 7ᵉ arrondissement of Marseille. It is located 2 km south-west of the Old Port, between Catalans beach and Malmousque cove. How to get to Vallon des Auffes?
The Vallon des Auffes is located two kilometers from the Old Port, about twenty minutes on foot. You can also get there by bus, leaving from the Old Port number 83. You will see the status of the heroes of the army of the Orient, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have a view of the Château d'If and the Frioul Islands.
