Sustainable development and Roland Garros
The FFT has placed sustainable development at the heart of its federal strategy. Proof of this commitment, in 2014 Roland-Garros became the first French sporting event of an international dimension to be ISO 20121 certified (responsible management system applied to event activity).
Mobility, renewable energy, sustainable food, waste management, solidarity are all topics addressed at each edition of the tournament, and whose ambitions, co-constructed with partners, institutions and NGOs, make it an ever more committed event.
