Your advance payments

We are the only seasonal rental agency to provide you with an advance payment for your reservations. You receive the funds 8 weeks before the arrival of the guests. We believe in fairness, all our rental rates are all inclusive. (There are no additional booking, service, cleaning and credit card fees.) We charge our landlords a low standard commission rate for each reservation, helping to keep rental rates competitive.
