Pure France, Tour de France. Day 5, La Rochelle
Leaving the northern coast of Britanny, it's impossible to say goodbye without taking in the amazing Mont St Michel.
30 minutes away is our visit for today - a new property for our holiday rental portfolio. A lovely, renovated, traditional Brittany farmhouse with 4 acres of private grounds, private heated pool and quality accommodation for 8 people. The house is great, the location is superb. Easy drive to the coast and attractions. Available on our website soon.
And then on the road south. Next appointment is in Bordeaux wine-country near Saint Emilion, so a great place to spend the night is La Rochelle, a beautidul harbour town on the west coast. Possibly the prettiest harbour town in France.
