Pure France - leading agency based in France for quality holiday rental homes
Hugh Atkins - founder and co-owner of Pure France; "In these days of such advanced technology, it's amazing to recall that in 2001, just 20 years ago, the leading French rental agency of the time were producing an annual print brochure and sending out faded sets of photographs in the post (to be returned, please) to enquirers wishing to see supplementry photos. Another agency on the Cote d'Azur printed out every email correspondence to keep a hard copy for their records. Visiting their office was more like a printer-cartridge shop. Their reservations were logged in hand, in coloured code on a long stretch of paper sellotaped to three of the office walls.
Pure France was born out of amalgamating a series of regional agencies that we had set up; LanguedocLets, ProvencePlaces and others. Pure France opened its doors in 2002 and over the years has become the leading independent agency dealing in French-only, quality holiday rental homes. All houses are personally visited, professionally photographed, with appropriate legal contracts signed directly between Pure France and the property owners for guaranteed peace of mind".
With its success, Pure France purchased a piece of woodland near Carcassonne and constructed their own, dedicated office. Primarily a family-run business, the company now has French and English staff in order to provide a friendly, professional and experienced level of service to property owners and renters.
