The Espiguette lighthouse
Lost in the middle of the sand dunes and recognisable thanks to its original square shape and its black color visible from the sea, the Espiguette lighthouse has been lighting up the coast and guiding sailors for more than 150 years. It is still active and dominates the tip of the legendary Espiguette beach. Let's discover together the history of a unique place with an exceptional natural heritage.
It has been listed as a historical monument since 2012. L'Espiguette is part of the Grand Site de France de la Camargue Gardoise.

Climb its 111 steps to the top of the lighthouse tower and admire the spectacular view.
