The Grand Cap is a place, a unique place on the cliffs of Leucate, a breathtaking view, the gaze is lost diffusely towards the horizon.
Erwan and Pamela Houssin
Erwan Houssin previously worked with Yannick Alléno from Le Parc restaurant in Le Meurice. Pamela Houssin started out in pastry with Franck Putelat, then Éric Fréchon at Le Bristol. In 2010 Erwan and Pamela opened Diapason in Avignon and were awarded a star in the Michelin Guide. In 2016, they moved and took over this exceptional place. In 2018 the Grand Cap is starred.
