Jordan Yuste
Jordan Yuste is a prodigy. Originally from Castres, he passed his CAP in Sète in 2016. He started at Côté Mas in Montagnac. He meets Jérôme Nutile, starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Jordan continues his experience in several famous restaurants and in 2017 opens his own restaurant L'Arrivage in Sète.
In 2018 he was elected Table Moderne at the Fooding.
In 2019, Gault&Millau rewarded him for Young Talent in his region. This is the year he participates in the show
Top Chef who brings him maturity and affirmation. In 2021, Jordan receives the Gault&Millau Young Talent
National and in 2023, Jordan receives his first Michelin star.
L'arrivage
Deux menus sont possibles.
A menu only on Thursday and Friday noon:
"Iodine & Vegetable Initiation" menu at 39 euros
with possible Food & Wine pairing formula at 21 euros.
A menu from Thursday to Saturday noon and Wednesday to Saturday evening:
"Iodine & Vegetal Emotion" menu at 69 euros
with possible Food & Wine pairing formula at 31 euros.
