What are the pricing terms?

Our commission is 15% + VAT all inclusive. You will not have any additional costs added.

Do we move everywhere in France?

The agency is based in the south of France and we have been renting properties in France for more than 20 years, our team travels throughout the country in search of new properties. We inspect the proposed properties and remain in regular contact with our owners for any updates and improvements.

Where to find your contract?

You can access your Pure France user area, where you will find your contract to sign. In addition, you will have access to your Stripe online payment platform, allowing you to track all your transactions.

How are payments made?

You will receive your payments through the Stripe secure payment platform. Stripe is PCI DSS certified, the highest level of security certification in Europe. You will benefit from transaction tracking thanks to your personal account.
