Experience 'la vie de château' in a large family friendly, house

Discover Languedoc wine making region. The house has been in our family since 1816. After we took it over in 2012, our project was to make it our perfect holiday retreat. We wanted to find the ideal combination between the charm of an old château-like house and modern comfort.

We wanted a hassle-free house, where the kitchen, drawing room, pool and outdoor dining area are all on the same level. We also took great care of the 2 hectares of private grounds.

The younger ones also spend hours in the (enclosed) garden and in the tree house...

Domaine Massot is the perfect place to stay for your family holiday. In summer during day time, the pool is of course very popular for a swim or a ball game. The younger ones also spend hours in the (enclosed) garden and in the tree house. In the afternoon, when it gets a bit hot outside, the house is heavenly fresh for a nap, a good book or a game of cards.

The bottles of rose wine are taken from the fridge...

Dinner time is when you unwind, the table is dressed near the pool, the bottles of rose wine are taken from the fridge, the BBQ warms up, the apéritif can last for hours, the sun sets through the pine trees

In French we call it 'La vie de château'.

If you want to discover the region, Anne, our house manager, is there to help you organize a break in the vineyard, a cruise on the Canal du Midi or just to book a restaurant in downtown Béziers. She can also be your cook at home.
