Monmousseau Cellars
At the heart of traditions, discover an unusual place founded by Alcide Monmousseau in 1886, in the heart of the Cher valley in Montrichard, Maison Monmousseau is rich in legitimate know-how, with in particular a perfect mastery of the art of assembly. At the end of the 19th century, he discovered one of the most important tuffeau quarries in the region which, for him and his nephew Justin-Marcel Monmousseau, proved to be the ideal place for producing wines according to the Traditional Method.

Domaine des Hardieres
The Domaine des Hardières is made up of 23 hectares of vines located north of Layon. Aged on average 28 years, the vines are raised according to organic practices that respect the environment, the soil and the terroir. The vines have been in organic conversion since 2016. Ackerman House
The oldest house of fine bubbles in Saumur ! Maison Ackerman is the oldest fine sparkling wine house in Saumur. Jean-Baptiste Ackerman moved to Saumur in 1811 and found in the vineyards and the topography of the region, predispositions to the production of fine bubbles. A spectacular and interactive visit to discover the production of fine bubbles of Saumur which will allow you to unlock the secrets of Jean-Baptiste Ackerman, the pioneer of fine bubbles from the Loire and to understand the method of production of fine bubble wines from Saumur. Stroll through the cellars, some of whose vaults culminate at more than 20 meters in height, immerse yourself in the ephemeral and monumental works created by the artists of the Résidence Ackerman.
Domaine de la Perruche
The Domaine de la Perruche is located in the town of Montsoreau, renowned for its 15th century castle, immortalized by Alexandre Dumas in his novel “La Dame de Montsoreau”. The Estate extends over 45 hectares of vines, planted on the hillsides, and benefits from an exceptional chalk terroir. Its 35-year-old vines of Chenin and Cabernet Franc are exposed on a plateau overlooking the Loire.
