A cultural journey to discover Sète
Sète, a sunny city in the south of France, is nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Etang de Thau. Paul Valéry Museum
Paul Valéry is a philosopher writer, poet born in 1871 and originally from Sète.
From the museum's privileged location on the side of Mount Sinclair, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea.
The museum itself is a work of art in its own right, inspired by Le Corbusier and designed by the architect Guy Guillaume in the 1970s.
More than 7,000 works are present in this museum, mainly pieces from the 17th century to the present day. You can admire Mer Calme at Palavas de Courbet.

Sea Museum
The architecture of the museum is Le Corbusier-inspired with clean lines. It will immerse you in the maritime history of Sète from its origins to today. Models, drawings, paintings, the museum is very fun.

Espace Georges Brassens
The Georges Brassens space is dedicated to the famous singer-songwriter born in Sète. With a stereo headset, you will be guided by the voice of Georges Brassens. His life and his work are discussed. A documentation center brings together various documents on the artist's life. Exhibitions, book presentations, conferences, musical evenings are regularly organized.
