Location
The property is located just on the edge of the village of Seillans - officially one of the prettiest villages in France! All amenities in the village - less than 10 minutes walk from the villa - including restaurants and all shops.
Beautiful village of Bargemen with restaurants not to be missed.
Lac St Cassien, 25 km avec location de bateaux, parc aqua, restaurants.
Plages de Cannes, 45 minutes.
Nice airport 40 km (less than 1 hour's drive from luggage reclaim to the front door). Flights from BA, Air France, EasyJet, BmiBaby and Ryanair. New flight-route Stansted to Toulon (75 minutes drive to the front door).
Golf;
There are over 30 courses within an hour's drive of the house, but you can find an outstanding 36 holes at The Four Seasons Terre Blanche resort, 5 minutes across the valley.
Biking;
There are numerous marked cycling paths in the area, but don't forget the many offroad tracks through the forests as well.
Gliding;
Nearby Fayence is a European centre for gliding and you can experience the beauty of Provence from the air with a half hour 'sightseeing' tour.
Spas;
The Domaine de Fayence and the Four Seasons Resort have excellent spa facilities which are open to non residents.
Horse-riding;
The local horse riding centre is only 5 minutes away and is available for lessons and trekking.
Sailing, kayaking and water sports;
Kids will love the pedalos at Lac de Saint-Cassien just 10 minutes away, but you also have the choice of sea water sports centres at Saint-Raphaël or Fréjus; kayaking on the pristine lakes of the Gorges du Verdon, or the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.
For the kids;
If they get tired of all the other activities, Marineland in Antibes and the Zoo in Fréjus are always popular.
Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix for breathtaking scenery.
Grasse is also the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 30 minutes from the house. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.
Visit Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, the preferred hang-outs for many celebrities. Amazing night-life with many clubs, bars and restaurants.
Nearby Saint-Tropez is perhaps the most known beach resort in the world after Brigitte Bardot arrived in 1956 to make the film 'Et Dieu Créa la Femme'.
Since then, Saint-Tropez has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness. It certainly is an appealing place; a little fishing village on the Southern shores of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. The 'Vieux Port', with the old town rising above the Eastern quay is where you'll get the classic Saint-Tropez experience. Choose from many sidewalk cafés to just sit and watch people go by. The village has a huge choice of shops, cafés, restaurants, picturesque squares, winding streets and beautiful architecture to admire. Lively night-life clubs and cultural events.
Several beaches to choose from.
Mandelieu and Cannes.
Just outside Saint-Tropez is Port-Grimaud, a charming Provençal town built in the 1960's and based on the layout of Venice; brightly coloured houses stand (and float) on private lagoons and waterways. It is a truly spectacular sight. Perfect for a gentle stroll to admire the architecture and the boats. Lots of cafés and brasserie restaurants. Boat trips leave here for a tour around the bay.
Facing Saint-Tropez across the gulf is Sainte-Maxime, a pretty and traditional Riviera town with long promenade and palm trees. Delightful stretches of Mediterranean beaches with all water sports. No better way to spend an evening than to choose one of the restaurants or bars on the waterside and just watch the boats and the lights out on the bay.
Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are similar to Sainte-Maxime and offer further shops, markets and restaurants. Fréjus has a Roman amphitheatre and hosts many summer concerts.

Amazing place and amazing host
Very nice place with a beautiful view. We were greeted very nicely by Danny who was exceptionally nice. We felt at home and hope they felt safe with us as well.

Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Fabulous Villa and location
We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years....and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Merci beaucoup.

Wonderful villa, pool and location
We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.

Villa with indisputable view. Everything you need for cooking. Great swimming pool, lighting around it for the evening would be the icing on the cake. Sublime view. Very responsive owner and excellent arrival and departure organization. Quiet and typical village.

This house has everything you are looking for as a family wanting peace and quiet while also indulging in your own pool.
The host, has set up her house for the ease of her visitors meaning you can just walk in and feel at home. We asked for cleaning half way through our stay that was completed while we were out on a trip.
The location. Seillans is a beautiful historic picture post card village on the side of a hill. It is quiet but has many restaurants that are of high calibre all set against fountains and under large trees.
Further afield there are other villages to visit and plenty of shops/restaurants to keep you fed and watered. We visited Cannes as this is only about 50 minutes by car and it is a beautiful place with its beach.
Thanks for a wonderful and memorable holiday.
Ofer - August 2022
It is the perfect vacation home and the family had a great week. The lovely, clean, well facilitated house, the private pool with the view, the beautiful village in walking distance - all the right ingredients for a great time in this area. Thank you.
Alexandra - July 2022
Excellent stay at your home, everything is admirably organized to quickly experience the house and the region. The swimming pool is a marvel. The garden and the house are well thought out with the superb view, not overlooked. The house is at the same time very close to the village, 10 minutes on foot, so the best of both worlds. Bravo for the notes, information, games etc. Everything is very practical and easy to use.
