Location

The property is located on a small lane, 10 minutes walk to the centre of the village of Montauroux.

Montauroux is situated 30 minutes inland from the Mediterranean coast, 30 minutes to Cannes and Grasse. Easy access (10 minutes) from the A8 motorway. Views to The Five Star 36 holes Terre Blanche golf course, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village of Montauroux.

The village of Montauroux is one of nine hilltop villages of The Pays de Fayence.

The village, 10 minutes walk, has several restaurants, bakeries and a local food market.

Tennis courts and take-away pizza 2 minutes walk.

Golf - Terre Blanche, 10 minutes drive.

Nice airport 40 km (less than 1 hour's drive from luggage reclaim to the front door). Flights from BA, Air France, Easy Jet, BmiBaby and Ryanair. New flight-route Stansted to Toulon (75 minutes drive to the front door).

The village of Montauroux and its neighbour, Callian are extremely picturesque, hilltop villages with all amenities including café bars and restaurants.

A large supermarket lies less than 5 minutes from the property. Superb local Farmer's Market every week. Street market in Montauroux every Tuesday.
