Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.

Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is located in secluded countryside, just 3 km from the lovely village of Seillans - officially one of the prettiest villages in France! All amenities and shops in the village including lovely restaurants.

Easy walk to three local vineyards; Le Domaine de Val D’Iris, Château de Selves and Le Domaine de Meaulx.

Seillans is situated in the rolling hills behind the Côte d'Azur, 55 minutes from Cannes and from Nice airport.

Neighbouring village of Fayence, 10 minutes, with all amenities including several bakeries, grocery stores and a huge choice of excellent restaurants.

Large supermarket 10 minutes.

Lac Cassien, 20 minutes is a beautiful lake with beaches and waterside restaurants. Fantastic place for kids (and adults) with boat hire.

Sailing, kayaking and water sports;

Kids will love the pedalos at Lac de Saint-Cassien but you also have the choice of sea water sports centres at Saint-Raphaël or Fréjus; kayaking on the pristine lakes of the Gorges du Verdon, or the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.

For the kids;

If they get tired of all the other activities, Marineland in Antibes and the Zoo in Fréjus are always popular.

Grasse is also the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 30 minutes from the house. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.

Visit Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, the preferred hang-outs for many celebrities. Amazing night-life with many clubs, bars and restaurants.
