Location

The property is situated in a private, gated residence, 10 minutes from the Provençal Roman town of Fréjus and 15 minutes from Saint-Raphaël and its Mediterranean beaches.

Restaurant and bread shop, grocery / wine store 7 minutes drive.

All amenities including supermarkets, many restaurants, café bars, shops, street market and cultural events in both Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël.

Beautiful beaches in Saint-Raphaël with waterfront restaurants, resort activities, harbour, boat trips, gambling casino, night market.

Fréjus aquaduct; The aqueduct of Fréjus was built in the middle of the first century after the ramparts were in place. It functioned for 450 years until the Vth century. It is 42 km long, with a difference in altitude between the highest spring of Neïssoun and the castellum aquae in the city of 481 metres. The aqueduct runs mostly in a covered conduit for 36.4 km and for 1.8 km on bridges and 500 metres on walls. Large parts of the aqueduct are still well preserved.

Gorges du Verdon; second only to the Grand Canyon, this is something not to be missed. Spectacular scenery and white water sports: rafting, canyoning, kayaking. Water sports: sailing, water skiing, fishing. Aerial sports: paragliding, free flight gliding. Climbing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking.

Cannes 45 minutes.

Grasse, the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 45 minutes from the house. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.

Visit Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, the preferred hang-outs for many celebrities. Amazing night-life with many clubs, bars and restaurants.

Nearby Saint-Tropez is perhaps the most beach resort in the world after Brigitte Bardot arrived in 1956 to make the film 'Et Dieu Créa la Femme'. Since then, Saint-Tropez has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness. It certainly is an appealing place; a little fishing village on the Southern shores of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. The 'Vieux Port', with the old town rising above the Eastern quay is where you'll get the classic Saint-Tropez experience. Choose from many sidewalk cafés to just sit and watch people go by.

The village has a huge choice of shops, cafés, restaurants, picturesque squares, winding streets and beautiful architecture to admire. Lively night-life clubs and cultural events. Several beaches to choose from.

Just outside Saint-Tropez is Port-Grimaud, a charming Provençal town built in the 1960's and based on the layout of Venice; brightly coloured houses stand (and float) on private lagoons and waterways. It is a truly spectacular sight. Perfect for a gentle stroll to admire the architecture and the boats. Lots of cafés and brasserie restaurants. Boat trips leave here for a tour around the bay.

Facing Saint-Tropez across the gulf is Sainte-Maxime, a pretty and traditional Riviera town with long promenade and palm trees. Delightful stretches of Mediterranean beaches with all water sports. No better way to spend an evening than to choose one of the restaurants or bars on the waterside and just watch the boats and the lights out on the bay.

Elisabeth - August 2016
We spent 2 really pleasant weeks in this pretty house located in the hills of Fréjus. Located in a very quiet place, the house is comfortable and very well equipped with nice furniture.

Sandrine - May 2014
We had an excellent stay, the house corresponds in all respects to the ad. The view is magnificent.

Elisabeth - February 2014
We spent an excellent weekend in a house that corresponds in every way to the description: comfortable, spacious, magnificent view. The weather was unfortunately not favourable for a dip in the pool in February, but we imagine how pleasant it can be. Ideal house for a family reunion

Roland - November 2016
We, grandparents, parents and our little daughter, spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful villa in Fréjus. The villa offers plenty of room for a bigger family. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's fully furnished. lovely decorated and well appointed with kitchenware and with everything you might need. There is a lushy, well maintained garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our stay there with the beautiful view over Fréjus to the sea. We can recommend this villa to everyone looking for a peaceful, quite summer vacation. The owners are as well extremely friendly and helpful.
