Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in a residential area on a prominent coastal road, 1 minute from the centre of Collioure.

Collioure is a particularly chic and picturesque seaside town on the Mediterranean coast between Perpignan and the Spanish border.

Excellent restaurants 5 minutes walk. Mediterranean beaches and many, many traditional, pavement and beach-side restaurants and café bars within 5 - 10 minutes walk. All shops and amenities.

This area holds great appeal as the scenery of the Pyrénées mountains reach down to the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and internationally famous scuba waters of 'Le Golfe du Lion'. Nearby, you will find golf, equestrian and tennis, plus boat charter, scub diving, scooter or bike hire are all readily available. We highly recommend a hike along the fantastic headland paths, 'Sentier Littoral', plus a stroll through the vineyards behind the villa or to the superb Fish Market in Port-Vendres 'Côte Catalane Poissonnerie', it's like Harrods in your back garden.

For music lovers there are several festivals in the summer: the famous Pablo Casals festival in Prades, the Peralada festival across the border in Spain and right next door in Château Valmy there is a weekend Flamenco Festival and an eclectic weekend music festival, the Mediterranées.

What a beautiful place to spend a week. The villa is fabulous, spacious and homely with everything we needed. The location was perfect to explore Collioure on foot. We have never visited this part of France before, so we have loved investigating and had some fantastic meals!
