Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is set in 12 hectares of private grounds in open countryside, 7 km from local town of Castelnau-Montratier, almost midway (40 minutes) between Cahors and Montauban.

All amenities (baker, butcher, pharmacy, grocery shop, supermarket, bank, newsagent, weekly market, cafés and restaurants) in Castelnau-Montratier.

Further amenities with large supermarkets and all shops in Cahors and Montauban.

Don’t miss the many bastide villages and towns in the area including Lauzerte and Moissac.

Brive airport, 1 hour 10 minutes. Toulouse airport 1 hour 25 minutes, Bergerac airport 1 hour 35 minutes.

Enjoyed a lovely short break but just as the weather broke down. However, the cottage is a gem that the owners have restored to a very high standard. Pool and sauna are excellent and the views are gorgeous. Close enough to some quaint villages with all amenities in easy reach. The cottage and surrounding area is very peaceful and just what we were looking for. The owner was super responsive to our few queries.

Thank you for a great holiday - will live long in the memories ! Everything we needed and more. Lovely countryside setting and a lovely cottage. Spent most of the time just lazing round the pool but did enjoy trying the sauna !
