It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We have so many great memories of our week. With very best wishes.

An absolute gem of a house!
We came here for a fortnight with a mixture of friends, family and even a cricket team (touring France). And we had the most delightful stay. It really feels like a luxurious home from home, with lovely comfortable furniture, beautiful spacious grounds, a first rate tennis court and pool and a beautiful 'bolet' (veranda) on which to sit and enjoy the local wine… Highly recommended!

Such bliss, stunning retreat with luxury home comforts
We have stayed 2 years in a row and have loved every minute. Relaxing, peaceful, comfortable luxury accommodation with everything a family or group could wish for. Manoir de Saux is very well appointed, with luxurious beds and lovely en suites. The heated pool is generous, as are the grounds and reception areas. Set in tranquil countryside yet within a short drive of picturesque historic towns.

Wonderful family holiday
We had a wonderful week staying at Manoir de Saux, spent mostly by or in the beautiful pool or on the tennis court! Occasionally we would tear ourselves away from this idyll to wander through pretty fortified towns, to have a delicious local lunch and to taste wine. We all particularly liked Cahors. The house itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the kids couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!

An amazing house with the best swimming pool we have ever seen!
16 of us stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks as we took the little gîte as well. We had a fabulous holiday. You have to drive up through fields of sunflowers to get there – a great welcome. We had loads of children but the pool is so big they spent the whole time doing acrobatics in it – and there was still room for us adults, when we managed to peel ourselves off the sun loungers. Evenings were spent playing tennis on the courts in the house grounds, BBQs, or local restaurants.

So calm and relaxed!
We arrived on Saturday at your beautiful, beautiful house and we enjoy it so much. Thank you very much for the lovely card and the excellent bottle of wine. We did enjoy it yesterday in the evening by the pool. It is so calm here and the pool and everything else is so amazing. We never had such a relaxed holiday for years.

Stunning retreat
Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.

Gorgeous House
I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we are loving staying in your beautiful house here! Everything works very well and we have had such a gorgeous, relaxed time among friends and family. You've imbued it with such beautiful little touches – it's felt homely and luxurious all at once.

Like a 5 star hotel!
What a great week we spent in your lovely home in France. You have done it so well and we really felt we were staying in a family home not simply a gîte. Your attention to detail shows. The garden is beautiful and all the 'toys' were very much appreciated with a week long tennis and croquet tournament! And of course the piece de resistance was the swimming area which was like a 5 star hotel.
Sarah
Lovely
We are here and it is lovely! You've put such care and attention into everything and it really shows. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Paradise
We so enjoyed your beautiful slice of paradise in France. What an amazing 'estate' that truly defines old French country. So gorgeous and we so appreciate being able to use it. Everyone had a wonderful time.
