The house is situated in the heart of the village of Gabian, a fortified medieval village among the Languedoc vineyards. Gabian has a population of about 700 and is situated at the confluence of two rivers, close to Pézenas and Béziers.
The village features the following: café / bar / restaurant, bakery, grocery store, newsagents, post office, church and pharmacy.
5 minutes from the village of Roujan with further amenities and large supermarket.
Pézenas, 15 minutes with lovely medieval centre, all shops and cultural events. Large street market and summer night market. 4 supermarkets.

We have been coming to the south of France for over 20 years and Maison Theron was the best we have stayed in.
The decor, furnishings and bedding were such good quality, we felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel! The local housekeeper did an amazing job as the house was spotless when we arrived. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

Maison Theron is spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, we couldn’t have been happier and would have been delighted to spend much longer there. Great beds - very comfortable a lovely living space and a private and cleverly done garden with a pool. This quiet and calming home is a wonderful find.
