Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located in a residential area of the small village of Pailhès, amongst the Languedoc vineyards, 20 minutes from Béziers and 32 minutes from Mediterranean beaches at Valras-Plage.

Excellent river swimming and canoeing in the River Orb (40 minutes). Spectacular scenery in the Languedoc national park, including the unmissable Gorges d'Héric.

Pic Saint-Loup with great walks (1 hour 15 minutes).

Béziers, with airport, arenas, many restaurants and café-bars, 18 minutes drive.

Mediterranean beaches in Sérignan, Portiragnes-Plage or Valras-Plage, within 40 minutes drive.

Sète, 55 minutes.

Montpellier and its airport, 1 hour 5 minutes.
