The property is situated just off the D33 leading into Puissalicon, 10 minutes North of Béziers, 25 minutes from the Mediterranean coast, 15 minutes from Pézenas and within 1 hour of Montpellier and Carcassonne airports.

Puissalicon is one of the famous 'circulade' villages, the ancient houses constructed in a spiral fashion outwards from the centre.

Easy walk to all facilities in the village including excellent restaurant, baker, grocery store, post office and newsagent.

The neighbouring village of Magalas (2.5 km) has further restaurants, café bars, bank with UK cash-machine facility, supermarket and pizzeria.

All round are wine caves for tasting and buying. Great walks in the endless vineyards. Good hiking and spectacular scenery in the Gorges and Languedoc National Park (30 minutes).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Wonderful days out to the Pont du Gard, Provence, Carcassonne and Spain.

Unfortunately we could not meet Eva but we were welcomed by Harold who is a very nice person. The house is very pretty and very pleasant. The rooms and the living room are very spacious. The terrace area with its plancha, the pool with its small beach and the deckchairs to relax are very appreciable.

Large house with beautiful swimming pool. Well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, plancha outside, very pleasant! We also enjoyed the barbeque. All amenities are available.
We were with 6 adults and 8 children, at the limit but certainly feasible. Thank you for the air conditioning in the rooms - electricity costs are always paid separately

A superb stay, we all had a wonderful time, super nice pool, significant air conditioning (at night) even if the electricity rate on arrival seemed exorbitant to us. Eva is very responsive and this is a plus for a peaceful arrival. We were 14 and the house is really adapted, the kitchen is very functional with everything you need to cook well! We will come back (we are already thinking about it).

Wonderful stay, 5 children and 8 adults all found happiness.
Bedroom, bathroom, very spacious living room as well as a pool terrace perfectly arranged for everyone and the little extra of an outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The proximity is very quiet, in the countryside but at a very correct distance to do activities.
We thank the host for making this villa available for our holidays. We recommend without hesitation. Thanks

We were with the family, the house is perfect for that. The bedding of the beds are recent and comfortable. Nothing was missing for our comfort. Fans in every room. Everything was very clean. The house is gigantic but the real plus is the garden and the pool! Large grassy area to play ball, petanque, ping-pong table, vegetable garden... and the huge swimming pool. Many deckchairs and garden armchairs, barbeque, plancha, shade in short all is perfect! Eva and her adorable friend, do not hesitate to ask her for a good address for a restaurant! I recommend.

Very good stay with Eva for a week at the end of August.
The house is very nice, spacious, with all the necessary comfort (several bathrooms in particular). With the studio, we were able to spend holidays with four couples and children.
The outside, with pool, barbeque and plancha is perfect for a great stay. A ping-pong table is also available.
Eva is very attentive and communication was perfect during this week. She will be able to give you ideas for walks or help you if necessary. I recommend.
