The property is situated on a small lane in open countryside amongst the beautiful vineyards and famous wine châteaux.

3.6 km (5 minutes drive, 45 minutes walk) to the stunning town of Saint-Émilion, known throughout the world for its high quality wine.

The town comprises of medieval streets and is filled with wine-sellers, restaurants and cafés and other shops, including a supermarket.

All amenities in the major town of Libourne, 7.5 km including large supermarkets.

Almost endless wine-tasting at the grand châteaux and smaller domaines all around the property. Next door to the property is a lovely wine producer with events throughout the summer.
