• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in Euros.
• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security bond due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is situated in open countryside, between Condom (10 minutes) and Valence-sur-Baïse (5 minutes).

The spring and summer are full of fairs and fêtes.

Beautiful bastide villages, Montréal, Larresingle and Fourcès are well worth exploring.

The cathedral at Auch with its world famous stained glass windows and its carved choir stalls, together with Abbaye de Flaran and the Roman villa of Seviac are not to be missed.

Look out for the night markets at Vic-Fezensac and Lavardens with their stalls and cafés.

In addition to the weekly local markets the spring and summer are full of antique markets, concerts and night markets.

The Gascons are warm-hearted people and the owners enjoy good neighbours who are always ready to help their guests. The regional food and wine is excellent with foie gras and confit de canard being the specialities. Good local restaurants abound and wine tasting is available at the wine producing châteaux. The nearest (5 minutes) being Monluc at Saint-Puy who also produce a superb aperitif known as Pousse Rapière a blend of armagnac and orange liqueur mixed with sparkling wine!

This is a beautiful area; surrounded by hills, amid cornfields and vines, at an average height of 82 metres, the region enjoys a micro-climate with lush, luxuriant plants in summer, which even in winter keep most of their foliage thanks to a mild average temperature (about 13°) which is hardly different from that of Biarritz and Marseille in the deep South.

Local Sports and Activities:

100 yards from the house by the church there are swings, a small slide and a full-size ping-pong table (bats available in the house).

What better way than to explore the Gascon countryside than to hire a motor boat from Condom or a canoe from Beaucaire (9 km) and make your way along the peaceful Baïse river. An alternative way to explore would be to cycle (bikes for hire locally) or to walk. There are over 600 km of signposted routes.

There are three local golf courses, the nine hole at Fleurance (20 minutes) being the nearest and others at Eauze and Auch.

An excellent day trip would be to visit the Airbus Factory at Toulouse airport where Airbus organize guided tours through the assembly lines of the factory.

In addition to your own pool at the property children may like to visit one of the local activity centres at Castera Verduzan (10 km) or Gondrin (14 km) which offer a swimming lake and beach. If you want white knuckle rides then the Parc Walibi near Agen is the place to go.
