Private grounds wrap around both properties with dining terraces and lawned garden and woodland. Far-reaching views over the open countryside.

Easy walk into the local village with restaurants, bakeries, café bar and two restaurants.

Bergerac airport 40 minutes.

25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security bond due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in prime, open countryside in the heart of the Dordogne between Bergerac 30 minutes, Périgueux 40 minutes and Sarlat-la-Canéda 50 minutes.

Local amenities, 10 minutes walk; two bakeries, small supermarket with local produce, chocolatier, café bar and two restaurants.

Many canoe stations and river activities locally on the Dordogne river including Limeuil, 15 minutes.

Sarlat-la-Canéda, 50 minutes is really worth a visit. In the heart of the Périgord Noir, Sarlat-la-Canéda grew up around a Benedictine abbey founded in the 9th century. It has a distinct médiéval feel about it, with numerous magnificent buildings around every corner. The town's Saturday market is also a main feature. Great shops and restaurants.

Bergerac airport 40 minutes.

Absolute Heaven.
My family, fourteen of us from 70 to 1 year, had a memorable and joyful two weeks at Manoir Alvère. The house and grounds are magical. An easy walk takes you into the village and there are many very good places to eat within an easy drive. The owner made the process of checking in and out easy; the caretaker Georges was onsite in case of any problems. I envy anyone who finds themself in this very special place!
