Rental Rates

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in Euros.
• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security bond due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in the small village of Brugairolles surrounded by the Languedoc vineyards.

20 minutes south of Carcassonne and only 5 miles from the beautiful town of Limoux.

The Domaine Gayda ‘cave’ and restaurant is 500m away.

All amenities including supermarket, café bars and traditional restaurants in Limoux, 10 minutes drive. Limoux is a charming and very picturesque town with lovely central square. The town is famous for its sparkling wine, second only to Champagne... and a fraction of the price!

Carcassonne with almost endless activities; superb restaurants and café bars, concerts, festivals, medieval shows, sound and light displays.

18 hole golf course with club-hire and driving range.

Beautiful countryside for walking or hiking. Canal du Midi with its shady tree-lined tow-path ideal for cycling and long waterside lunches at local auberges and restaurants. Many historic sites to see including the famous Cathar trail. Visit Saint Hilaire 8km with its ancient abbey, part of the Cathar trail.

Visit the domaines of the famous Minervois and Corbieres appellations. Gastronomic delights everywhere. Famous chef, John Burton Race filmed his TV series 'French Leave' in the area.
