Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located off a small lane on the edge of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Regional Park, 20 minutes from Grasse and 40 minutes from Cannes and its beaches.

All local amenities within 5 - 10 minutes drive; supermarkets, bakeries, café bars and restaurants etc. Tennis courts, also.

Further amenities in pretty Provençal villages of Saint-Cézaire, Cabris and Spéracedès.

Pure France comments
New to the market for 2025. Pure France comments following our visit; lovely family villa with some of the best views on the Cote d'Azur. Sit on the terrace and see all the way down to the Med coast. The garden is fabulous - tall imposing palm trees are spectaular agains the deep blue sky. Large 10 x 5m private pool. All amenites within 5 - 10 minutes and amazing lake with boat hire, beaches, water park and restaurants.
Highly recommended !
