The incredible career of Gérard Mosiniak
Gérard Mosiniak is an artist passionate about his profession, cooking. At the age of 9, his grandmother discovered her grandson's talents and encouraged him in this direction. At 14 he began his training in the best restaurants in Nord-Pas-de-Calais and then on the Côte d'Azur.
Gérard becomes the cook of the Rolling Stones who stay part of the year at Villa Nelcote in Villefranche sur Mer.
Gérard influenced by the group becomes singer / composer of a rock group based in London for 10 years.
Then he returned to his first love, became chef-partner of a London restaurant "La Grenouille" before returning to France and settling in Vence. He took over a restaurant there for 6 years.
Between 1992 and 2012, Gérard Mosiniak explored different cultures and worked around the world as Executive Chef for the Accor-Sofitel Luxury group.
In 2012, he returned to settle in the Dordogne and became a culinary consultant.
