Les Grands Buffets restaurant in Narbonne
A French service with large buffets, in the form of buffets full of exceptional dishes. A unique formula in France with all the specialties of our gastronomic heritage: Duck au sang, Hare à la Royale, foie gras in all its forms, grilled or American-style lobster, simmered tripe, gribiche calf's head, cassoulet, blood sausage with apples, old-fashioned veal blanquette, bone marrow with fleur de sel, dried fruits à la sétoise.
Must-try dishes, seafood, rotisserie meats and the largest collection of cheeses in the world, with 111 varieties! You can also accompany the meal with a selection of 77 wines, most of which are offered by the glass.

You are invited for a grand banquet under a Baroque-style State Tent, set up in the gardens of the Sun King! We present to you the Jean-Baptiste Nolin State Tent. This room is enriched with a map of the Canal Royal (future Canal du Midi) produced by Jean-Baptiste Nolin, cartographer to Louis XIV.
