Set within a beautiful wine domaine, the property comprises two adjoining, fully renovated stables offering spacious accommodation in a picturesque, Provençal setting; 1 km from the village of Cairanne, 15 minutes from Orange and Vaison la Romaine, and 45 minutes from Avignon.

Five adaptable bedrooms (double or singles); three with ensuite bathrooms and separate family bathroom.

Further amenities in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, 5 minutes drive. Orange and Vaison are two of the prettiest towns in the South of France with excellent restaurants, cultural events and all shops.

Further amenities in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, 5 minutes drive.

Avignon is one of the most visited towns in France and comes steeped in history; the major attraction is the amazing Pope's Palace. And also the famous 'half-bridge'!

There are lovely shops and endless pavement cafés and restaurants.

Lots to do and see in the area including the Roman amphitheaters in nearby Arles and Nîmes and Orange, the Camargue national park with its flamingos and white horses and the Mediterranean coastline and its lovely beaches.

« We had a wonderful family holiday in the Winery Stables in early June. We rented the whole house which was perfect for two families; time together and time apart. The house was attractively and comfortably furnished with very well equipped kitchens. We loved swimming, playing boules and table tennis in the quiet of the countryside. Mont Ventoux was visible in the distance. Fresh herbs and cherries from the garden were delicious. There were two excellent local restaurants very nearby. Food shopping was only 20 minutes away in a good supermarket with local shops also. The owners gave us a warm welcome and were available for help and advice if necessary.
The area around has a wealth of historical towns within easy reach and a circular drive through the hills with lunch in a hill top town was a pleasure.
One week was not enough, we left with regret promising ourselves that we would return. »  Scopes family (Norfolk, UK)
