« Fabulous accommodation in a very beautiful setting. Enjoyed living in the wonderful restored Le Manoir. The pool house is exceptional and was well used. Lots of things to do and see. The children enjoyed the velo-rail. Caves at Villars also wonderful as well as the ‘beau villages’ Simon and Nicholas have been wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. » S & GJ
« Fantastic stay at the Manoir. Simon and Nicholas were very welcoming and made us feel ‘at home’. We loved the pool area and our children (9 and 4) loved the garden. They helped us book activities and suggested excursions. The local area is beautiful. The local village shop supplies delicious breakfast pastries. Overall a wonderful experience. » N & JF
« Simon and Nicholas have provided a wonderful holiday experience from start to finish. The house is amazing – very luxurious. We spent most of the time by the pool, in the pool house. It was a great base to explore the area – lots to see and do. We loved the night time tour of Chateau Hautefort, we definitely recommend it. The pastries from the shop in the village were lovely – we ordered them every day! Simon and Nicholas were really helpful and provided help and advice when needed. The made our holiday really special. » R & J
« Le Manoir with the best owners in the land!! Thank you for a wonderful week in this fabulous place. Everything we could have asked for and more. » The K Family and Friends
« THE most wonderful holiday. The house is terrific but in our opinion, it’s all about the owners! Simon and Nicholas made everything possible. If you require catering services Jean-Michel and his lovely wife Aline provide an excellent service, email firstname.lastname@example.org ENJOY!! » THE K FAMILY AND FRIENDS
« What a fantastic week we have spent at Le Manoir! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beautiful local towns, vineyards and chateaux. Not to mention lounging poolside, enjoying plenty of BBQs and most importantly relaxing and catching up. Our daily trips to the village for le Pain and pain au chocolat were also a highlight! Nicholas and Simon have been such amazing hosts. The kindness and generosity they have shown to us made our vacation truly unforgettable! We look forward to returning soon. » The W and H Families
« A fantastic week with everything our family needed, set in a beautiful location in a gorgeous part of France. We had lovely daytrips to some restored chateaux and relaxing days by the pool. Simon, Nicholas and Millie were wonderful and very helpful in everything. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. » W & C
« A lovely week of relaxation, good company and everything to make a perfect holiday. Lovely setting, beautifully restored Chateau, clean and comfortable and fully equipped. Would love to return again in the future. Full marks to Simon and Nicholas for attention to detail and being very good hosts to our party!! » RC
« A great week. To dine – Hotel St Jacques (St Saud Lacoussiere) and Moulin du Roc (Champagnac de Belair) – both fine dining – M de Roc most expensive.
To visit: St Robert, Ségur de Chateau, St Jean de Cole – all beautiful.
To divorce – canoeing at Brantôme, but make sure to visit the market on Friday morning. And at the end of the day come home to this wonderful house with great facilities and an absolute superb pool area – the best we’ve ever seen! We’ll be back » B&M G
« A really rather pleasant experience! Delightfully attentive and genial hosts, a home – not just a house – “home” beautifully restored and equipped to the highest level. Thank you Nicholas and Simon.
Places to go? Brantôme is a must! To paddle your own canoe – so to speak – around this lovely moated town is something that house guests must try. “Dare You”!

« St. Sulpice surpassed all our expectations and your eye for detail in all areas was truly impressive. The surrounding area is beautiful too, but your house made our holiday and was very hard to leave. I think we will all be raving about it for a long time to come, as it is the nicest and most comfortable holiday home we have stayed in. Most importantly, it was a pleasure to meet you both and you were wonderful hosts. We wish you all the very best and St.Sulpice is sure to be highly successful. We hope to return too and stay longer next time. » The Lambert, Stobart and Domoney families
